Hello Design (with David Lai, CEO and Creative Director)
This Saturday, 04/02, is the first session of my six week UCLA Extension field trip classes, “Exploring L.A. Design.” We’ll visit the work places of our city’s top professionals who handle print, web, motion, corporate, interactive, illustration, typography, photography, packaging, etc. Students will have the opportunity to spend more than an hour with over a dozen design stars, and to learn the details of their career experiences, creative processes, and keys to success.
Registration is still open. Further details are at UCLAx’s online course catalog.
In addition to all the learning and networking opportunities, last year’s tours were great fun, as you can see from ExpLADes’s Flickr album.
This year’s lineup has been posted to UCLAx’s blog. Or you can view and click the links here, with TeachEvil’s more “fully illustrated” list.
